The Boss mentioned the other day that he actually liked this picture for our family/adoption update letter. I am partial to it because it was a sweet, spontaneous moment with the kids - but I thought including the whole family might make for a more complete picture (pun intended!) as we share our heart for the adoption with our friends and family from around the country. So, I'm taking an informal poll . . . The spontaneous one of just the kids (above) or the more traditional group shot of the whole Gang (below)?? Let me know what YOU think!

They are both really great pictures. I LOVE the one with the kids, they all look so sweet, you just want to squeeze them. BUT the family picture is great because your ALL there. Can you send both?
They both are good pictures, but I'd go with the one of the whole clan.
Both are great....but, I would go with the whole family so they can see what a fun-loving mommy and daddy you both are!
Great pics!
Hang the one of the kids in your home and put the one that includes the two of you in the letter.
If this is really going to folks who already know who you are, I would send the kids-only one, because it has so much more personality. You can't get such happy, fun-loving kids without great parents. I think it is evident without you even being there.
I agree with the others - I really like both of them, but I think that I would go with the whole family - it is nice to see the Mommy and Daddy in the photo too!
Spontaneous? How does spontaneous look like that? Maybe the youngest child is 5...
Besides I'm including my nephews when I think of four children and the youngest is still in his Mommy's belly so I guess I got a number of years to wait for a photo like this!
Now for my vote...I think for the adoption letter, the one with all of you because it would be good for them to see who is responsible for the wonderful group of kids. But the one of the children definitely deserves to be blown up to an 8x10 and framed!
I meant to say "maybe WHEN the youngest child is 5..."
Send them both!!!!
I love them both! You have a beautiful family! I agree with Carol, send them both!!
In His time,

your family is absolutely gorgeous...in both pictures....
I love the family shot... what a great idea for a picture... Our yard is barren of leaves but I'm sure we could find somewhere... both are great pic's. May God bless you with a great adoption experience.
