You've got my wheels spinning now, girl :)The Gang's Momma!https://www.blogger.com/profile/12478478224173323982noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5751435337498664060.post-61434027402253281752008-04-09T15:53:00.000-04:002008-04-09T15:53:00.000-04:00okay, since you asked.... ;)the favorite around ou...okay, since you asked.... ;)<BR/><BR/>the favorite around our house (that always gets smiles from everyone ~ even hubby) is Mexican Casserole. <BR/><BR/>brown 1 lb of ground beef (the good stuff works better) and season with taco seasoning.<BR/><BR/>at the same time, prepare 2 boxes Kraft Mac & Cheese (do NOT try to make this with Velveeta Shells & Cheese ~ it is disgusting!) according to box directions. (do this in a 5 or 6 quart pot) <BR/><BR/>when both are finished, mix the taco meat into the mac & cheese and stir until completely combined.<BR/><BR/>now, lastly, you can eat it just as is, or you can do what my mom does and pour the whole thing into a casserole dish and cover with shredded cheese and bake for 5 minutes. <BR/><BR/>either way, it's delicious!!!!! <BR/>enjoy!! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
